Key takeaways
- One page per week: money, fans, time, observations and one next step.
- Use the same period, time zone and currency every week so weeks stay comparable.
- Leave unknown values empty instead of writing zero.
- No fan names, logins or payout details belong in the template.
What's inside the template
| Section | Fields |
|---|---|
| The basics | Week start and end, time zone, platform, currency |
| Money | Gross revenue, platform fee, revenue after the fee, agency share (if any), what remains before tax and your own costs, refunds |
| Fans | New subscribers, renewals, visits from sources you can trace |
| Your week | Hours you spent, open paid requests, tasks completed |
| Thinking | What you noticed, what you think might explain it, one next step, who does it, when you check again |
How to fill it in
- Choose your week and keep the same start day, time zone and currency every time.
- Copy totals from your platform statement – only totals, never individual fan data.
- If you don't know a number, leave the field empty. An empty field is honest; a zero is not.
- Keep what you noticed separate from your guess about why. "Renewals went up" is an observation; "because of the new set" is a guess.
- End with one next step, a name and a date. One is enough.
- Save a dated copy in your own storage.
If you work with us, your personal manager walks through the same questions with you each week. Our journal piece on the OnlyFans weekly review explains why each field is there.
A fictional example
These numbers are invented to show how the fields work together. They are not a forecast and do not describe a real creator.
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Gross revenue | 1,500 USD |
| Platform fee (20%) | 300 USD |
| After platform fee | 1,200 USD |
| Agency share (illustrative 35%) | 420 USD |
| Remaining before tax and own costs | 780 USD |
| Observation | More renewals than the week before |
| Possible explanation | A clearer welcome message – not proven yet |
| Next step | Keep the message, compare renewals again next week |

Frequently asked questions
Is the template really free?
Yes. You can download and use it for your own page at no cost, whether or not you ever work with us.
Which file formats are available?
A spreadsheet version that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and a plain text version you can print or keep in your notes.
Can I use it for Fansly or other platforms?
Yes. Enter the platform in the basics section and use that platform's fee. Keep one sheet per platform so the weeks stay comparable.
