OnlyFans Agency Fees: What Management Costs and How It's Calculated

Most OnlyFans agencies charge a share of your revenue rather than a fixed fee. At Murmur Studios, that share is 25–50% of your revenue after the platform fee – agreed in writing before we start, with no upfront fees and no extra fees. The percentage is only half the story, though: what it is calculated on can matter just as much.

Here is how agency fees work, what ours cover, and a few quiet calculations worth doing before you sign anything (as of October 2026).

Key takeaways

  • Our share is 25–50% of revenue after the 20% OnlyFans fee – no upfront or extra fees.
  • The share applies to all revenue after the platform fee, including what you already earn.
  • A lower percentage of gross revenue can cost more than a higher one after the platform fee.
  • Get the rate, the basis and the scope in writing before any access is given.

The three ways agencies charge

ModelHow it worksWhat to pin down
Revenue shareA percentage of what your page earnsWhich revenue counts, and whether it's before or after the platform fee
Fixed feeA set monthly amount, whatever you earnExactly what is delivered for it, and when it is due
MixedA fixed amount plus a percentageBoth parts, and whether there is a cap

An upfront payment isn't automatically a scam, but it moves the risk to you: you pay whether or not anything improves. With a revenue share, the agency earns less when your page earns less, so its interests are tied to yours.

Our terms in plain words

  • Share: 25–50% of revenue after the platform fee. On OnlyFans, that is the 80% left after its 20% fee.
  • What it applies to: all revenue after the platform fee while we work together – including what you were already earning, not only the growth.
  • Upfront or extra fees: none.
  • When it's agreed: in writing, before we start, together with the exact scope.
  • Ending it: cancel monthly, or immediately if we both agree.

Where your rate lands within the range depends on how much we take on – chat, content and pricing, social media, protection.

A worked example

Say fans spend $5,000 on your page in a month. This is what remains at each end of our range:

  • Fan payments: $5,000
  • OnlyFans fee (20%): −$1,000
  • Basis for our share: $4,000
  • Our share at 25%: −$1,000, leaving you $3,000
  • Our share at 50%: −$2,000, leaving you $2,000

Both remainders are before tax and your own costs. You can try your own numbers in our commission calculator.

Why the basis matters as much as the rate

Some offers quote a percentage of gross revenue – what fans paid before the platform takes its cut. That can look cheaper than it is. With the same $5,000:

  • 35% of gross is $1,750 to the agency, leaving you $2,250 of the $4,000 after the platform fee.
  • 40% after the platform fee is $1,600 to the agency, leaving you $2,400.

The “lower” 35% costs you $150 more. Before comparing offers, put them on the same basis – and ask for a sample statement that shows exactly how the share is worked out.

What the share covers

With full management, your personal manager coordinates the business side of your page within the agreed scope:

  • a 24/7 chat team writing in your voice, inside your boundaries – see our OnlyFans chatting service;
  • content planning and pricing for subscriptions, bundles and paid messages;
  • social media growth on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X – ideas, planning, and posting after your approval;
  • your brand's look and tone, including a persona if you want one;
  • leak monitoring and takedown requests (no one can guarantee that every copy disappears);
  • a short weekly review with your manager.

Questions to ask any agency about fees

  1. Is the share calculated before or after the platform fee?
  2. Does it apply to all revenue, or only to growth?
  3. Are there setup fees, tool fees or anything billed separately?
  4. Can the rate change later, and if so, how?
  5. How long is the commitment, and what does leaving cost?
  6. Which access do you need – and do I keep my login and payouts?

Frequently asked questions

How much do OnlyFans agencies charge?

Most use a revenue share; others charge a fixed fee or a mix of both. At Murmur Studios, it's 25–50% of revenue after the platform fee, with no upfront or extra fees, agreed in writing before we start.

Is the commission taken from gross or net revenue?

With us, from revenue after the platform fee. If fans pay $1,000, OnlyFans keeps $200, and our share is calculated on the remaining $800.

Does the share apply to money I already earn?

Yes. While we work together, it applies to all revenue after the platform fee, not only to growth. That's why it's worth checking whether management makes sense for your numbers before you start.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no upfront fees and no extra agency fees. Your own costs – outfits, equipment, tax – remain yours, just as they would without an agency.

Can I cancel my management agreement?

Yes. You can cancel monthly, or immediately if we both agree.
